    关于运动

    一直说自己缺乏运动,亚健康,信誓旦旦地说要坚持运动,只是,都未曾正式开始,又谈何“坚持”。曾经象征性地光临过几次舒适堡,也曾很有决心地尝试通过瑜伽健身减肥,还请过老师非常认真地学打壁球,可惜最终都是半途而废。
     
    想来最健康和经济的运动时期,还是大学初的两年,每天早上懒觉不睡,为了敲那个可以给体育加分的章,在操场上两圈跑,还有某年的暑假,与某些人几乎每天的乒乓…
     
    昨天回家,与顺路的朋友一起打的,原本那段回家的路就不长,可以步行,只是朋友说:打的早点到家,可以跑步健身!说完大家都笑了。确实,打的,省下来的步行时间可以在机器上多跑一会儿步,还能为国家的GDP的增长做微小的贡献呢,何乐而不为?只是突然觉得离运动的那份很原始很纯粹的美好越来越远了。哈哈,我已经许久不运动,懒也好,累也罢,又或者,只是生活在当下的环境太久,而滋生出来的一种不良惯性,可怕的是,我暂时还没有想要克服这种惯性的强烈欲望~
